Things are coming along slowly but surely. We'll have two full bars. An 18 seat indoor bar and a 10 seat outdoor bar in our large patio garden. The indoor section will be open sometime this April. Stay tuned for our grand re-opening announcement.

Our renovation has been going slow but we will open around March or April 2019 with our large outdoor patio

We have been very busy with our delayed renovations and will not be at the fairgrounds this year. However: Fosters is back. Thank you to everyone who supported us at the fair. We will miss the fun we had with family and friends working there.

Our rebuild has started and will ramp up when this weather breaks. Hope to open in May-June. Very excited.

Today was a warm one at the fair. But we had ice cold Stella Artois to remedy!

Afternoon Tea in the Val-Kill Tea Room at Joseph's Steakhouse... The Val-Kill Tea Room was once owned by Eleanor Roosevelt. In the 1930's & 40's the Tea Room served tea to many royal guest visiting the Roosevelt’s. Luncheon in Eleanor's Tea Room is available for private tour groups visiting Eleanor Roosevelt's Val-kill or Franklin D. Roosevelt Library and Museum.
